We walk the report through with you live, in about twenty minutes. You keep it either way. No listing agreement is required, and nothing is sent cold.
Where a sale involves a divorce, an estate, or a trust, we work alongside the attorneys and fiduciaries already engaged, and take no position on the underlying matter.
